George L. Sigalos has been practicing law in Boca Raton for over 30 years. He has been Board Certified in Business Litigation by The Florida Bar since 2014 and has been rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell since 2005.
Mr. Sigalos focuses his practice on civil litigation with a concentration in business and commercial litigation. He handles cases involving corporate litigation, real estate and land use litigation, franchise litigation, adversarial estate/probate litigation, professional liability defense, employment defense, complex foreclosures, lender liability defense, creditors’ rights, and related appellate practice. He frequently represents high-profile clients in complex and/or highly-contested litigation
While he began his career practicing in Chicago, Mr. Sigalos has been a member of the South Florida legal community for over three decades. Throughout that time, he has established strong ties to the community through his legal, political, and business affiliations.
Mr. Sigalos received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois and his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, with distinction, from George Washington University.
Mr. Sigalos is admitted to practice in Florida and Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
