Alexis O’Hagan focuses her practice on trusts and estates, probate, and general corporate matters. A native of Philadelphia, she graduated with honors from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. During her time at Drexel, Ms. O’Hagan was actively involved in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where she assisted local startups in navigating the complexities of business formation. Additionally, she volunteered with the Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia, providing vital support in estate planning and tangled title matters. While in law school, Ms. O’Hagan received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Research and Writing and earned Dean’s List honors multiple semesters.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. O’Hagan gained significant experience in executive search consulting, where she conducted in-depth research on multiple complex, high-profile executive search assignments.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, pickleball, and exploring new restaurants.
