Audrey Schneiderman has been practicing law in Florida for more than thirty years. Her practice was, and continues to be, exclusively devoted to marital and family law. This includes both simple and complex divorce matters, child issues involving custody and support, paternity, post-divorce matters, enforcement matters and modification. Additionally, she negotiates and drafts Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements.
Following her graduation from the University of Wisconsin with honors, Ms. Schneiderman earned her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University Law School.
Prior to joining Shapiro, Blasi, Wasserman, & Hermann, she was a founding partner at Feldman and Schneiderman. After twenty years of success at her own firm, she felt it was time to cut back and she joined the firm as of Counsel.
Ms. Schneiderman believes that family lawyers should try to preserve the working familial relationship. She has published articles expressing that sentiment, preferring mediation and settlement over extensive, acrimonious litigation and trial. To that end, she has also mediated many family matters dealing with all such issues.
Ms. Schneiderman has always been active within the profession. She is a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association where she served as Chairman of the Family Law Committee for many years. Additionally, she served on the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee and she is currently a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
Outside of the office, she is an active member of the community. She served on the Board of Directors of her Synagogue and is a Past President of her Homeowners Association.
