Mr. Kish has provided counsel to every constituency in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. He has devoted a substantial portion of his practice to complex business bankruptcy cases, which often requires creative problem-solving skills in a crisis and turnaround counseling where precision is paramount. Regardless of the situation, Ms. Kish has a proven ability to find sound and cost-effective solutions to the various, and often complex, legal, commercial, and financial concerns of our clients.
Having practiced law in California and Florida, Mr. Kish has served as in-house counsel for technology and hospitality companies from coast to coast. He now leverages his unique legal and business background to help our clients navigate the complex, and often unpredictable, world of bankruptcy law. The clients that Mr. Kish has represented range from small family-owned businesses to large community associations, real estate developers, hoteliers, and technology firms.
Prior to moving to Boca Raton, Mr. Kish worked for one of Miami’s top bankruptcy and commercial litigation firms. Earlier in his career, he worked with the United States Marine Corps in areas of procurement and land use planning. Originally from Philadelphia, Mr. Kish has cultivated a worldview through his extensive travels. He is also an avid surfer and outdoorsman.
