Bradley Pepper is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, general and premise liability, first party property damage disputes and catastrophic personal injury cases. He spent over a decade managing his own firm and gained invaluable experience handling all facets of litigation. This experience also includes a number of high stakes matters that received nationally publicized attention. Regardless of the matter, he prides himself on treating each case with the same amount of attention and skill, and values the strong relationships he builds with each of his clients. This, in turn, has resulted in many of his clients repeatedly utilizing his services over the years.
Mr. Pepper is also a goal-oriented problem solver that creates a tailor-made strategy to meet client needs and best situate client interests at all stages of litigation. He is intent on preparing all of his cases with the expectation of going to trial while also pursuing any possible avenue to negotiate a suitable resolution for his clients.
He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Pepper received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. For four consecutive years, Mr. Pepper was named as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers, which recognizes the top 2.5% of lawyers in the State of Florida under the age of 40. He has also been selected as a “Top Up and Comer” by Florida Trends’ Legal Elite.
