We’re proud to share that Jeffrey Wasserman, Of Counsel at our firm, has been appointed to co-chair the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals (FACP) Governance Committee, which is responsible for training officers and Directors, and for reviewing and maintaining the Bylaws and the Corporation’s Standards and Ethics. Jeffrey has also been appointed co-chair to a special ad hoc committee of the FACP that will be involved in Court Administration to get Florida courts on board with a uniform Administrative Order on dealing with Collaborative Law in each Circuit.
