Joshua B. Alper focuses on complex commercial litigation and has represented clients in both state and federal courts. His practice encompasses disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, the spectrum of business torts, non-compete agreements, shareholder actions, class actions, and securities litigation, among other matters. He also has extensive experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, handling adversary actions, preference claims, and contested confirmations under Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Mr. Alper has been honored by Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” and named a “Top Up and Comer” by the South Florida Legal Guide.

Joseph M. Landolfi, Jr. heads the firm’s estate planning practice, where he focuses on estate and wealth preservation, asset protection, elder law, and special needs planning. With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Landolfi develops sophisticated strategies to mitigate tax burdens and safeguard clients’ personal and business assets. His expertise includes preparing wills and trusts, establishing domestic and foreign trusts, charitable gift planning, and counseling clients on business succession and corporate transactions.
Mr. Landolfi has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers and serves as an Adjunct Professor at St. Thomas University School of Law, teaching Estate Planning.
