Biographical information:
Andrew B. Blasi, a founding shareholder of the firm, has more than thirty years of experience in South Florida. He focuses his practice on business transactions and contracts, commercial and residential real estate and finance, as well as real estate development, mortgage and asset-based lending, business workouts, dispute resolution and creditors’ rights. In addition, he also handles litigation and arbitration of disputes in those areas. He has been included in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine since 2014.
Joseph M. Landolfi, Jr., Partner, focuses his practice on estate planning for high-net-worth individuals utilizing entities, trusts and advance directives. He has experience with drafting agreements and formation/organization documents for limited liability companies, limited partnerships, C corporations and subchapter S corporations. He also counsels clients with respect to guardianship matters, and the structuring of trusts in connection with Medicaid planning and special needs planning. He was first selected to Florida Super Lawyers in 2016.
Michael D. Mopsick, Of Counsel, represents clients in trust, probate, and guardianship disputes, as well as in business and commercial litigation. He is also a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Mopsick is a past president of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and a past co-chair of the Palm Beach County Bar’s Professionalism Committee. He has been listed in Florida Super Lawyers Magazine in 2007 and 2014 – 2019.
Jeffrey P. Wasserman, shareholder, leads the firm’s Family Law practice Group. He possesses more than four decades of experience in family law matters, including divorce litigation, pre and post nuptial agreements, post judgment enforcement and modifications, paternity suits and custody matters. Wasserman is a past chair of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and is currently a Fellow in the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), dealing primarily with international child abductions. He is currently developing a practice in Collaborative Law, specializing in “peacemaking” and keeping clients out of court. He has consistently been included in this prestigious listing since 2009.
